What the hell is that.  True story walking along the beach, one woman & her dog she on the cell phone the dog on me literally!  Dog jumped and bit me on the left wrist as the woman so politely says to the person she's speaking to "my dog just bit someone", WTF! If you have dogs, maintain them.   OUT!!
