Came up with trunk design, which has to open to access two lithium batteries. New fenders too now allowing changing a flat without taking fender off completely.

With the addition of new racing seat a new door that said the machines name was added. Trunk opens to allow access to the batteries.

Trunk is secured by two earth magnets providing a nice snug tight fit.

3/16” cold roll steel rod was used to fab up the trunk design. Welded steel on steel. In there I had to come up with a hinge assembly. As you can see works just fine.

Two 52 volt Lithium batteries, burn through one switch to reserve, enough to get you around town and back.

I’m pretty happy with the outcome of the trunk. Two pull handles and she pops open. Easy to swap from battery 1 to battery 2. You’re good to go!
